These Turkey Taco Bowls are a healthier twist on a classic taco recipe with a little less guilt.
Cook turkey taco meat per recipe instructions (see blog post for instructions)
For Cilantro Lime Rice: Cook rice per box instructions (I used chicken broth instead of water). After the rice is cooked, squeeze in about 2 tbsp. of lime juice, stir in chopped cilantro, season with salt and pepper to taste and stir in 1 tbsp. of butter
Put rice in the bottom of a bowl, top with turkey taco meat and then top with cheddar cheese, tomatoes, avocado, corn and black beans- or the toppings of your choice.
Hot sauce, pico de gallo, crispy tortilla strips and sour cream would also be really delicious toppings
