PB&J Smoothie Bowl

For the smoothie bowl:
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 T Greek yogurt
  • 1 T Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice (I used vanilla coconut milk)
  • Drizzle of honey , optional
  • Fresh sliced strawberries
  • Fresh sliced banana
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Drizzle of honey
  1. In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, milk and honey
  2. Blend until smooth. (The mixture should be thicker than a regular smoothie)
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
