Melt butter in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Once butter is melted add mini marshmallows and stir until they have reached a semi-smooth consistency. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the Rick Krispies cereal until combined, 2 cups at a time.
-
Turn mixture out into a 9"x13" baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Spray cooking spray onto fingers, or use a small sheet of parchment paper to smooth out mixture into pan.
-
Top Rice Krispie mixture with about half the remaining bag of mini marshmallows, about 5 ounces and put into the oven on LOW broil for 2-3 minutes TOPS. **DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THE OVEN or the marshmallows will burn. Note: I turn the light on in the oven and watch the remove the pan as soon as the marshmallows start to brown.
-
Top the toasted marshmallow mixture with broken up graham crackers and individual pieces of chocolate.
-
Note: Sometimes I put the pan back into the oven while it is still warm, but not on, for a few minutes to melt the chocolate a little.

Cut into squares and enjoy!
